Washington Legislature 2009-10 Bill 5840 shows some word-smiting was in the works changing I-937 words-joined content as voters had approved prior-to and during a Year 2006 election. Why?

Just maybe, because like fresh water, surface water runoff and storage, will not qualify as an Eligible renewable resource, so might-not wind and solar if storage and integration systems are necessary to connect these new types of energy system to any electrical distribution grid within Washington State? Let’s take a look at what the `Voters’ might have thought they were voting for and the ‘Voters’ endorsement of this I-937 to become part of the Year 2006 ballot process.
