Well I think I have an idea why the State of Washington is just-a-little-short of cash; it follows because the State keeps thinking up ideas how to spend money they don’t have -for example, see SB 5456 "Creating the office of the citizen advocate." So, I thought that is what a State of Washington legislative person usefulness was: A 'Citizens' advocate, but apparent the Washington State legislature must find somebody who will become a 'Citizens" advocate if paid to do this task; since the legislature don’t do those type of demeaning tasks itself.1
Some Washington State government agencies are short of money today, but that does not stop the Washington State Legislature people from just-thinking and spending the money necessary to propose in writing methods to spend more Washington State 'Taxpayers' money tomorrow. And, this SB 5456 is a real-good-example how to get that new spending done.

This office would provide a voice for the vast majority of us citizens that can not afford a $250.00 dollar an hour attorney. Some bureaucrats do not feel they have to follow the laws of the state so they do as they please and citizens pay the price. I hope and pray that this bill becomes law so I can save my family property from DNR illegal actions that will result in my personal bankruptcy.
